2.Description of Cationic Softener flake :
Softener flake is an aliphatic hydrocarbon group polymers suitable for cotton, linen, chemical fiber and blended fabric soft finish, especially for the knit, polyester / cotton fabric soft finish to obtain ideal soft touch.
Properties:
1. Provide a soft, slightly greasy and smooth hand-feeling. Can make the textile soften and fluffy
2.Have good anti-electrostatic properties.
3.Gives no yellowing of which goods at normal drying and curing temperatures up to 100-120℃.
4.No emulsifier.
5.Fastness to washing is good
6.Dissolve with low temperature, more cost-effective
7.Can be used with non-ionic or cationic same bath
Description method:
Hot dilution: Under the condition of stirring 5 - 10% Almighty softener flake gradually into the room temperature water, continue stirring for 3 - 5 min, gradually heated to 60 ℃ - 65 ℃, and low-speed stirring for 30-45 minutes until uniform slurry, cooling, stirring constantly. The chemical material, temperature is not higher than 70 ℃, otherwise difficult to dissolve very viscous emulsion.
Description for usage:
Dip padding method: 20-30g/L(10% solution), temperature 30¡ª40℃, Double-dip-double-nip or one-dip-one-nip
Immersion method: 3-8% (owf) (10% solution),bath ratio-1:10-15,optimum temperature 40-50℃,15- 30min.
Storage:
waterproof, anti-extrusion, Piling up layer not more than 8 tier, the temperature not more than 35 ℃, put in cool place for one year. |
